The House is a luxury villa like no other. This exquisite property showcases an incredible array of colourful cactus varieties in a secluded location which offers amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and neighbouring islands.

The property is located in the southern part of the Greek Island Paros.

As well as offering a beautiful infinity pool, alfresco dining and plenty of outdoor seating areas, this wonderful corner of paradise is within walking distance of the sandy beach of Farangas or a series of scenic rocks combined with mini beaches.

Eight exquisite bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests at this non-smoking villa. The main house offers three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms. The guest house faces the main terrace and includes an additional master bedroom and two large bedrooms.

The infinity pool, which gazes over the cacti garden and Mediterranean Sea is truly breath taking. After you have finished cooling down enjoy sunset drinks or siestas at the accompanying pergola with four giant sofas.

Whether you are relaxing on the sun loungers or taking a dip in the infinity pool you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, this secluded location offers amazing views of the islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros.

Hone your inner golfer with this newly installed pitch and putt green located within the villa’s gardens. Enjoy some friendly competition against your family and friends or take a break from the pool and work on your own game.

Enjoy alfresco dining with a view. Up to 16 people can take in the beautiful views of the pool, cacti gardens and Mediterranean Sea whilst dining under a handcrafted pergola. Cooking services are available at an extra cost; enabling you to sit back and enjoy the view.
